This was the question that inspired our founder, Ioana Cornelia Hurducaciu, in Transylvania, Romania. With a background in technology and an interest in beauty, she wanted to make cosmetic information easier to understand and at-home routines easier to follow.
Silouel was created as a European beauty brand focused on clear product information, practical routines and a considered mix of skincare, hair care and at-home beauty tools.

We describe ingredients, intended cosmetic use and practical limitations in plain language. Product-specific claims and certifications are shown only when supporting documentation is available.

Our goal is to help customers understand what a product is, where it belongs in a routine and how to use it responsibly.

Cosmetic certifications, device conformity information and manufacturer documentation are different forms of evidence. We keep them separate and invite customers to contact us when they need documentation for a particular product.
